The Styrian judoka are challenged in the coming weeks. Nina Auer (-40/CREATIV Graz) is going to the U18 World Cup in Zagreb from August 23rd to 27th, for Verena Hiden (-57), Lisa Tretnjak (-63/ both SU Noricum Leibnitz) and Marcus Auer (- 60/CREATIV Graz) are required from September 7th to 10th at the U21 European Championships in The Hague.
549 judoka from 63 nations will be in action at the World Championships. The big event is the best-attended tournament. Nina Auer is there as a Styrian. She prepared for this together with the Austrian team at the training camp in Croatia.
The time leading up to the European Championships is still intense for the three U21 judoka. After two training camps that have already been completed, there is still preparation in Tata/HUN (21-25 August) before the big event.
