Seville still beaten, Rayo Vallecano quiet in Granada

Sevilla FC fell to Deportivo Alaves (4-3) while Rayo Vallecano went on to triumph in Granada (2-0).

Sevilla can’t do it. José Luis Mendilibar’s men are starting the 2023/2024 season very difficultly as the previous one had been, this time with two early defeats. Defeated at home against Valencia last week for their debut, the Andalusians conceded a new defeat, on the ground of Deportivo Alaves (4-3) on Monday.

The Rayo in control in Granada
