At the beginning of July, the sky had fallen on Sep Vanmarcke’s head after cardiac arrhythmias were diagnosed.
Because of that early retirement, Vanmarcke was in a pinch for a while, but he also quickly looked ahead. “I am glad that I quickly found a new future, as a staff member at Israel Premier Tech.”
“It is obvious that I will become a sports director, but I also see myself in a different role. We have to decide that when the time is right. I am very motivated for the next chapter.”
If Vanmarcke actually steps into the team leader’s car, he will follow in the footsteps of his brother Ken, who currently holds that position at EF-EasyPost.
