PSV is busy bringing Bologna midfielder Jerdy Schouten to the Eredivisie. According to it, the people of Eindhoven have ED made an offer of at least 12 million euros. According to the Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, there is even an agreement.
Di Marzio reports that PSV and Bologna have signed a deal worth 15 million euros. According to ED and also VI negotiations are still ongoing. Bologna would hold on to an asking price of 20 million euros for the time being.
PSV wants to trump AC Milan in the battle for the one-time Oranje-international. The Italian top club is also interested in the midfielder, but the player himself would prefer PSV. Schouten reportedly already has a personal agreement with the Eredivisionist.
