Betclic ELITE – ASVEL, Gravelines-Dunkerque, Cholet, Saint-Quentin and Bourg all won this Saturday in the preseason match. Strasbourg for its part bowed.
In addition to Nancy’s victory this Saturday against Élan Chalon, five Betclic ÉLITE teams won their preparation match this Saturday. ASVEL won in Roanne 83 to 75 (stats) with 25 points from Frank Jackson, 9/11 on shots, in 23 minutes. Gravelines-Dunkerque led 78-60 (stats) against the Belgians of Antwerp before the match was stopped due to too slippery ground. For its part, JL Bourg went on to win 93-74 against Boulazac in the South West. Cholet dominated Blois (87-77, stats) in a very full Meilleraie (4,000 spectators) while the promoted Saint-Quentin overcame the Belgians from Brussels in extra time (85-80). Finally, Strasbourg lost 85-81 against the Germans of Ludwigsburg having conceded a total of 17 offensive rebounds.
