The parenthesis of Rita Consoli, whom Grottaferrata could find again in the next elections (or not), is definitively closed. Despite the holiday period and the heat, the dominant theme at Palazzo Consoli is that of the recomposition of the Giunta.
In fact, no one is forcing the mayor to immediately rebuild the team of 5 councilors, in the past we have seen municipal administrations proceeding lame for months or even with only 3 members including the mayor. The theme is thus more political than administrative-operational.

Unless, precisely, you go through the relay deputy mayoralty.
On the level of new councilorwhich, however, must necessarily be a woman in compliance with the women’s quota (this is mandatory), only one of the names had circulated in recent days. Moreover, the issue is not only on the name but also on the political force that the newcomer could have in her name. And it is not excluded that in order not to alter the balance (they have some critical points), the mayor may understand the new appointment as purely technical appointment.
We’ll see. However, Mayor Di Bernardo is at a crossroads.
