PGA Tour Glover and Horschel take the lead

On the night of Saturday to Sunday, the third round of the Wyndham Championship ended in Greensboro, United States. Lucas Glover and Billy Horschel are the new tournament leaders.

Coming to North Carolina to try to get their ticket for the FedExCup play-offs, which start next week, Lucas Glover or Billy Horschel could soon leave Greensboro with a trophy under their arm (in addition to the initially coveted ticket) . After 54 holes, the two Americans are leading the Wyndham Championship (-18 total).

Well launched by his formidable 62 in the second round, Billy Horschel followed up perfectly with a magnificent card of 63 on Saturday, returning seven birdies and without conceding the slightest bogey. Lucas Glover also shone by recording a score of 62 in turn (nine birdies, including three made on the last four holes, for a bogey). Leader since Thursday evening, Russell Henley was therefore forced to abandon his chair.
