In a promotional video for the Cincinnati Open, Djokovic was asked to tell stories about old photos. The Serb joked about a photo showing him and his wife Jelena taken during a photo shoot at the very beginning of their relationship:
“Who is this beautiful lady with this guy? What is she doing with this guy? It was a photo shoot and it was very nice. I didn’t look so bad. It was still the early years of our relationship. I was trying to win her over, I guess, charm her”
