PSG: Neymar wants to return to Barcelona

After six years at PSG, Neymar left the capital club to join Al-Hilal in a transfer worth around €100m. And even if he therefore opted for Saudi Arabia in the short term, the Brazilian striker would still consider returning to FC Barcelona within two years.
It was in tune with the times, it’s been official since Tuesday evening: Neymar is no longer a player PSG. The Brazilian striker, despite an initial contract which ran until 2027 at the Parc des Princes, joined the Saudi team ofAl-Hilal for €100 million. And like many other stars playing in Europe, Neymar therefore opted for this championship and a fabulous salary… for now.
Neymar has not forgotten Barcelona
Indeed, as L’EQUIPE revealed on Tuesday, Neymar would have already planned to return to FC Barcelona once his Saudi adventure is over. The old number 10 of PSG signed a two-year contract with Al-Hilal, plus an additional year as an option, which he would not intend to activate, with a very specific plan in mind.
A free return in two years?
Free as the air in 2025, he will therefore be able to return to the Barça if he so wishes at this deadline after playing for two seasons in Saudi Arabia. To be continued…
