Erdem Can, new head coach of Efes, in a long interview granted to the club’s official YouTube channel had to indicate the best quintet ever in the EuroLeague. And he pointed to Gigi Datome.
Erdem Can worked together, and won, at Fenerbahce, where the Turkish coach was Zeljko Obradovic’s assistant. In the quintet also Dimitris Diamantidis, Vassilis Spanoulis, Juan Carlos Navarro and Nikola Pekovic.
