Vaqueros defensive coordinator Dan Quinn was full of praise for the defensive tackle from Monterrey, Nuevo León.

“Isaac can really make his mark on this defense, I like the length and strength he has,” he shared after a training session.

In addition, he highlighted his physical qualities and pointed out that it will be a satisfying challenge to polish him, since he could become an important player for the rear of the Lone Star team.

“He’s a more athletic guy than your typical defensive tackle. We know it’s going to take us some time to get all of his instincts going, but in a player like that he’s definitely worth the time invested,” he said.

Isaac Alarcón, 25, not only has the approval of Dan Quinn, but also of Mike McCarthy himself, head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.
