It might look like a scene from a movie but it’s reality. A man was caught urinating on the landing of a public car park in Arcades.

The whole scene was caught on video surveillance cameras and then ended up on social media. The video dates back to August 7 and was also relaunched by the mayor, Enzo Cuomo who ironically intervened by writing a post: “Poor thing, they hadn’t put up signs to say that it wasn’t possible”.
You can see it in the video the man urinating practically in front of the camera; when he goes back outside, it is also noted that he had parked the car practically in an intersection. Identified precisely thanks to the images, the citizen was traced and reported for violation of article 726 of the Criminal Code, “acts contrary to public decency”, which provides for an administrative fine between 5 thousand and 10 thousand euros.
