NEW JERSEY.- The Makina Baseball Academy was crowned champion of the United States U-12 tournament by defeating the FB Braves 27-8.
The president of the Robinson Almonte Academy gave all the credit to his team of coaches led by Rafael Cabral and Francisco Santiago.
He said that the leadership managed to get the boys to the grand final of this event and win it against another team from New Jersey.
For the first time in the history of this classic that two teams from the same State face each other.
In this event, Makina Baseball faced teams from San Diego, in the semifinal resulting in a tie in the first Round and then faced them in the semifinal and Makina achieved victory 16 by 8.
This triumph gave the FB Braves the right to measure themselves in the World Series of the event, whom they defeated 27-8 to be crowned champion.
The president of the Academy, the Dominican Jovan Robinson Almonte, has been established in the State of New Jersey, the city of Newark, for a long time, where he is dedicated to the training of children in baseball.
