Madagascar Shines at African Cadet Championship with Two Silver and Three Bronze Medals in Judo

JUDO – AFRICAN CADET CHAMPIONSHIP – Madagascar wins two silver and three bronze medals

Africa-Press – Madagascar. No title for the host country. Madagascar won two silver and three bronze medals at the African Cadet Championship. The individual cadet events took place at the Sports Palace in Mahamasina on Saturday.

The judokas of the Big Island miss two titles of its disputed finals. Sariaka Migson Rasolondraibe engaged in the -40kg girls like Tafita Michel in the heavy over 90kg failed in the final duel, on the last step of the continental summit.

Three other judokas from the country competed in the final phase and snatched victory in the bronze final, namely Benandro Roumaica in the -48kg girls category, Somby Ranaivoseta in the 60kg boys category and Mandresy Razafimpanja in the -73kg category.
