Lionel Messi has been in Miami for more than 15 days, but has not yet chosen his new home. The soccer player who came to the United States to wear the pink color of Inter Miami continues with his tour of different properties to later decide with his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, and their children, which is the most convenient for them to settle in for the next two years.

This week the former Barcelona and PSG player was photographed with his partner and eldest son, Thiago, visiting a property in Boca Raton, an area located 25 minutes from the DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, according to the Goal site.

In the images it was seen that it is a modern mansion with two floors and a large terrace, surrounded by palm trees and next to another house that is under construction. But what caught my attention the most is that on one of the balconies there is a mini golf course and the agent who took the tour for the family showed Messi with his own hands how he can enjoy the sport of clubs if he chooses.

It should be noted that golf is one of the sports most chosen by active and retired soccer players. Cases such as Carlos Tevez, Diego Maradona, Gareth Bale, Jorge Campos and Alberto García Aspe are some examples of those who have been encouraged to try their luck in this activity as it allows them to enjoy the outdoors and clear their heads from the constant pressure suffered by elite athletes. Other sports figures have also done so, such as basketball players Michael Jordan and Stephen Curry, tennis player Rafael Nadal and swimmer Michel Pelphs, among others.

There are already several houses that Messi has visited in these weeks that he has been in the United States and he still seems not to decide on one. Meanwhile, there are no further details about where he lives temporarily, although it was rumored that he was staying in a residential neighborhood near the stadium.

The fact that at least two of the properties are in Boca Raton, which is less than 30 minutes from the Inter Miami stadium, coincides with the statements that the soccer player himself gave before arriving in the United States, when he gave an interview to the Spanish portals Sport and Mundo Deportivo: “The decision also goes through there, to meet again, in quotes, with my family, with my children, and enjoy day to day. I was lucky to achieve everything in football and now it goes a little beyond sports, which also interests me, and much, much more the family”.

This Wednesday night his team will face Orlando City for the round of 16 of the Leagues Cup, a tournament that brings together teams from MLS and Mexico. Las Garzas, after the arrivals of the Argentine and Sergio Busquets (Jordi Alba joined in recent days), look totally renewed, something that was seen in the group stage. Those led by Gerardo Martino took first place in their area after beating Cruz Azul from Mexico and thrashing Atlanta United from the United States, so now they will try to prevail against their classic to continue in competition.
