Events.- For the crime of sexual abuse in which three girls appear as victims, the inhabitants of Las Malvinas in the Colina municipality of Falcón state are shocked.
The defendant, Joniel José, is a Judo teacher who long before was part of the Civil Protection ranks and who after this fact is a fugitive.
The complaint was made before the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigation Corps (Cicpc), which since then has kept the investigation and search open for the man who would have abused the girls, using the trust and closeness with her relatives. They suspect that the subject intends to leave the country.
