Josh Giddey Looks to Improve His Game in the Offseason for the Thunder

Although Shai Gilgeous-Alexander got all the attention last season for his enormous performance, in Oklahoma City they continue to be clear that the future of the team depends on the development of many pieces, and among them is of course Josh Giddey.

The 20-year-old player faces what will be his third season in the NBA in a matter of a couple of months. He to date has shown enormous talent that has resulted in averaging 14.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 6.3 assists in his career. Without a doubt, these are more than respectable numbers, but the Australian does not hide that continuing to work (and improve) is the only way to become the player he wants.

«The next aspect to improve in my game is the triple. Shooting better is a big part of what I want to achieve in the offseason. I am working on it. I’m still only 20 years old and the organization gives me a lot of room to grow. I still have many areas to improve and I hope to continue growing over time and find a little of everything in my game”, she comments in statements collected by Clutch Points.

The truth is that the future of the Thunder looks really interesting. To those already mentioned we must add Chet Holgrem, who will debut this year after overcoming a serious injury, and others like Jalen Williams or the two-time Euroleague MVP, Vasilije Micic. There is a desire to see what these Thunder can do.
