Gian Nicola Lonfernini and Leonardo Bartoletti will represent the San Marino Tennis Federation at the Under 14 Small States Championships promoted by Tennis Europe and the ITF. The tournament, hosted in Luxembourg, will take place from Tuesday 22nd to Friday 25th August. The best players in the category from Andorra, Cyprus, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro and San Marino have already arrived in the Grand Duchy to take part in the event reserved for nations with less than one million inhabitants with the aim of helping them obtain points in the Junior Tour standings. The tournament is preceded by a three-day training camp which will end tomorrow. Lonfernini and Bartoletti, accompanied on the away trip by the federal athletic trainer Matteo Nanni, will face both the singles and the doubles tournament, whose draws will be drawn tomorrow.
