Entries are in full swing for the most spectacular match of the year at the “Casadio” in Godo. In fact, on Saturday 26, starting at 2 pm – and until 2 pm on Sunday 27 – the fifth edition of the “24 Hours of Baseball” will be staged. It will be the Blue team against the Red team, in the most classic Godo Baseball colors and if the Goths are the hosts, the real protagonists will be all those who want to try their hand at glove, bat and ball. A great challenge which, despite having reached edition number 5, has been missing since 2019, even if the 12 hours have been held three times in the meantime. When registering, the player must choose the color of his team but the management will keep the list of players on the field and the waiting list for entry on the diamond. It remains a free-for-all base, but over the course of 24 hours, bands will be identified in which children, adults or women’s softball will play. Outside of these time slots, slow pitch will be played regardless of age. More than interested spectators, the Serie A1 players of Baseball Godo. The match will be the highlight but there will be no shortage of sideline initiatives. The coaches of the Goths will be available to the participants to teach the basics of the game and involve them in exciting training sessions. For those who wish, it will also be possible to bring your own tent and stay overnight in the camp.
