The fan who purchases a single ticket will access the stadium with the ticket, biometrics and an official document with a photo. How do I know if I need to register biometrics?
– Did you buy a ticket online? If a VOUCHER has been generated, it will be necessary to go to the box office to register and pick up the match ticket. If the TICKET is generated, it will not be necessary to register the biometrics, just save/print the ticket and go to the game.
– If the ticket is purchased at the physical box office, the service will check if it is necessary to register the biometrics. If necessary, registration will be done on the spot. For this reason, the ticket holder must be present at the time of purchase at the box office.
