The Saturday program features only one duel, the Emilia-Romagna derby between the Mia Office Blue Girls Pianoro (21-13) e Forli (24-10). If the Forlì are already certain of closing the regular season in third place in the standings, thus challenging the Inox Team Saronno in the Scudetto semi-final with home advantage against, this series is very important for Pianoro. In case of double success, the Blue Girls would hook Rheavendors Caronno in the standings and, by virtue of the TQB in direct matches in their favor, they would win a place in the semi-final Scudetto against MKF Bollate, re-proposing the duel seen for the last time in the playoffs on the occasion of the 2021 Quarter Finals.
Sunday will instead be the decisive day for the fight for salvation. There Sestese (3-31) is not Metalco Thunders Castelfranco (8-26) will take the field at the same time, at 11, both on their own home diamonds, respectively against Taurus Donati Tires Old Parma (9-25) e Macerata (13-21). Since the playouts will be played with three or less games of difference between last and penultimate in the standings, the only eventuality in which this case can be realized is that in which Sestese wins both of its matches and, at the same time, Thunders lose the two matches against Macerata. With any other result, Sestese will say goodbye to the top flight after four consecutive seasons in A1.
