Christoph Rupp will strengthen the Ahorn Camp BIS Baskets Speyer from the coming season of the second basketball league ProB. The 29-year-old winger has been a top performer at former competitor College Wizards Karlsruhe for the past four years and had previously gained experience in the ProA at MLP Academics Heidelberg.
“Christoph was one of the most effective players in the league in the last round thanks to his consistent throw and his qualities,” says BIS head coach Carl Mbassa about the 1.95 meter tall winger, who works as an anesthetist at the University Hospital in Heidelberg. In the Karlsruhe jersey, Rupp averaged 14.5 points and seven rebounds in the 2022/2023 season.
