Breathing, position in the water, arm pull – how to swim correctly

force doesn’t help. Many run out of breath very quickly when swimming freestyle, some even before the end of the first lane. They can usually breathe so easily, and maybe they are in good shape and strong.

Swimming coach Jens Kruppa explains how to do it correctly and how to learn it: breathing and water position, head position, shoulder rotation and the leg kick, which is unimportant at first. Towards the end of the conversation, he goes into specifics about triathletes.
