“A wave of dismissals” at PSG because of the choice of “Kyky”, seriously Nasser?

And here we go again my Kyky. Every day (or almost), “20 Minutes” takes stock of the latest advances and rumors more or less based on the future of Kylian Mbappé, whose relations with PSG follow the inverse curve of global warming. Departure to Real Madrid this summer or not? Spread the word, the Mbappometer is back.

Friday August 11

Every day we think we have seen everything in the evolution of this PSG-Mbappé-Real soap opera which will mark a milestone in the history of football… and we find ourselves caught up in a stunning twist. We thus learn in this Friday’s edition of The team that the management of Paris Saint-Germain is definitely ready to do anything to make Kylian Mbappé put on the costume of the absolute devil. On August 4, the Parisian club sent a new registered letter to its star striker, in the wake of this timing of the contract clause until 2025 not lifted by the player. PSG recalls in this letter that “Kyky” benefited from “extraordinary financial conditions, which no one has obtained in football”.

These are implacable facts, with these 158 million euros gross collected last season, and therefore a cost for the club of more than 200 million euros. Well, a priori, the PSG had its say on the development of the contract so let’s move on to this part. The most astonishing thing then happens in these revelations of The teamwhen Paris looks at the economic consequences of the free departure that the captain of the Blues wants in the summer of 2024. And this in order to sign where he wants, and at random at Real Madrid.

We would then be faced with the need to transfer players, to review the policy for integrating young players trained at the club into the first team and most likely to have to initiate a wave of layoffs. It would call into question everything that has been built within the club. »

No but seriously, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi? Kylian Mbappé and his entourage should feel responsible for the economic health of a PSG QSI version having swung for twelve years transfer indemnities and record salaries at all costs? Including for a bunch of flops (Krychowiak, Jesé, Soler, Ekitike, Renato Sanches…). The argument lends all the more to smile that in the last month alone, PSG has slammed 60 million euros to attract Manuel Ugarte (Sporting) and 80 M€ bonus included (after this season on loan) for Gonçalo Ramos (Benfica). End of the joke therefore concerning this card of the threat of “wave of layoffs” brandished.

Credibility: 99%. We have known for several weeks that all shots are allowed in this electric PSG-Mbappé file, and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi is having a field day at this level. There is therefore no reason to doubt the veracity of this letter revealed by The team.

Mbappometer: Given the climate that has officially become detestable between Kylian Mbappé and the leaders of his club, one would tend to think that the most famous “lofter” should quickly ever comes out of this season of permanent dramas that is looming at PSG. Except that we feel that the Mbappé camp remains strong on its position “we don’t care, we respect our contract. Do what you want, we’ll stay another year and we’ll leave free. So status quo between PSG and Real Madrid according to us this Friday. Thursday, after his training with the current banished from the club, “Kyky” even had a photo/signing session with some of the supporters present. All smiles, of course. A video put online in the middle of last night by the indescribable Spanish program “Chiringuito”, of course.
