Yan Couto will serve another season on loan at Girona, where he was loaned in 2022/23 and 2020/21.
Girona, who finished the last edition of LaLiga in tenth place, announced this Friday that Yan Couto is back at the club, after being loaned again by Manchester City, as happened in 2022/23 and in 2020/ 21.
The 21-year-old Brazilian right-back was signed to Coritiba in 2020 but never made his official debut for the citizens, having been immediately loaned to the Catalans. In the following season he was transferred again, but this time to Braga, where he registered a goal and four assists in 42 games.
Last season, Yan Couto scored a goal and assisted two in 26 games played by Girona, which, like Manchester City, is owned by the City Football Group.
