On the last day of preparation, the Women’s National Team played a training game against the Queensland U-15 Men’s National Team.
On the penultimate day of preparation in Gold Coast (AUS), the Brazilian Women’s National Team held the last training game before the World Cup debut. Brazil faced the Queensland U-15 Men’s National Team at the Royal Pines field.
The friendly had three halves of 30 minutes and on that occasion coach Pia Sundhage promoted the rotation of players to test the team. Now, the team is preparing to change headquarters. This Tuesday (18), after regenerative work in the morning, the group will head to Brisbane, where the team will be located in the first phase of the World Cup.
Brazil debuts in the World Cup next Monday (24) against Panama, in Adelaide (AUS). Next, they face France, on the 29th, in Melbourne, and close their participation in the group stage against Jamaica, on August 2nd.
