But now the squad is wide, there are a lot of us, and the only thing we would be interested in would be a left-footed left-back or stopper. But now there is no name that we are urgently dealing with,” he said in an interview with the club’s website.

But we will see some departures. Although Slavia will fight for the European Cups and expects to play them all autumn, some players need to be sent on loan, where they will get more minutes.

“I think that four players will leave, maybe even on transfers. It will be about whether the clubs fulfill our requirements, it would be ideal to have twenty-two players in the squad, but it will also depend on the state of health of the team.

There is really overpressure in some positions, but the advantage is that we have a lot of versatile players such as David Pech or Ivan Schranz. Our idea is that it should be four players, but there must be alignment of the player with the new club, or someone may surprise us, similar to Matěj Jurásek last year, and he will want to stay and wait for his chance.

Someone wants to wait and prove that they will get into the squad, others want to show off their qualities on loan. We’ll see how it turns out in the end.” he added.
