The Rare Audi TT MK1 Convertible Up for Auction in San Jose

The Audi TT MK1 is a car destined to become a classic in the automotive world, due to its breaking design that is still very current today, and in the USA, precisely in San Jose, California, it was auctioned from Rarecars a convertible specimen with interesting contents.

The car features a black livery, 17-inch 5-spoke wheels, and a baseball leather interior that is quite rare, as difficult to find in conditions similar to those of the car for sale. The color of the seats is also taken up by the steering wheel rim, the gear knob, part of the central tunnel and the door panels. In terms of mechanics, the TT in question is powered by a 225 HP 4-cylinder 1.8 turbo combined with all-wheel drive, the most performing engine proposal in terms of maximum power before the arrival of the 3.2 V6 variant with DSG gearbox which delivered 250 HP . Currently, the auction, with no reserve price, has the reference offer fixed at 17,000 dollars, the equivalent of 15,627 euros at the current exchange rate, but bids are accepted until Thursday 6 July and, considering the general conditions and the low mileage, just over 24,000 km, there will be no shortage of interested parties.
