The Brazilian Flag Football Teams to Compete in IFAF Americas Championship in Charlotte

The Brazilian Flag Football Teams debut this Wednesday (7/5) at the IFAF Americas Flag Football Championship, in Charlotte, United States. In all, there will be four days of competition, with the group stage being held on the 5th, 6th and 7th of July.

Brazil is the current South American champion in the male and female categories. The competition was held at the end of last year in Itapecerica da Serra, in the interior of São Paulo.

The men’s team debuts in the competition on Wednesday (7/5), starting at 11:45 am, against the United States. On the same day, the green and yellow team will face Argentina at 3:30 pm and Canada at 6:30 pm.

On Thursday (6/7), the Brazilian men’s team will face Mexico at 10:00 am and Chile at 1:00 pm. The green and yellow team ends its participation in the group stage against Panama at 10 am on Friday (7/7).

The women’s team takes on Chile in the debut of the IFAF Americas Championship of Flag Football on Wednesday (5/7), at 10 am. On the same day, the Tupiniquim team faces Mexico at 1:15 pm and then has a difficult task against the United States at 5:00 pm. Brazil ends its participation in the first phase with two games on Thursday (6/7). First, the green and yellow team faces Canada at 11:30 am and then Panama at 3:30 pm.
