The competition took place yesterday Saturday in two shifts, one in the morning for the compound bow and recurve bow modality in all its categories and in the afternoon the traditional bow tests took place.
The Benaventanas from the Arqueros Benavente Club had a great turnout and Sara Herrero climbed back to the top of the box, getting gold in the Traditional Women’s modality, a new award that motivates her even more for her participation in the next national championship. Two other young participants, Irene Dominguez Blanco and Lucía Huerga Nuñez, won gold and silver respectively in the Traditional Cadet Woman modality.
For his part, Bernardo Martínez Rodríguez, from Club Los Valles de Benavente, won bronze in the Traditional Men category.
