The changes have now been decided by the presidency of the union, which at the same time modified the organizational structure of the representation. The role of the coach’s representative council was strengthened, and a coaching committee was also newly established, which includes all the coach of the national team, including Synek.
“It will function de facto in the same composition, under the leadership of the new vice-chairman for sports – Libor Kubrycht. I am therefore convinced that the right conditions have been created for the running of the national team in this important period of qualification for the Olympic Games,” said the newly elected chairman of the ČVS, Michal Kurfirst, according to which the union will now focus on a new representation strategy and agreeing long-term goals with individual representatives and coaches.
