Round of 32 Australia Open 2023 will start rolling today, Tuesday (1/8), at the State Sports Center, Sydney. The following is the schedule for Indonesia’s representatives in the round of 32 Australia Open 2023.
The 2023 Australian Open in the round of 32 will start at 09.00 local time or 06.00 WIB and compete in the qualifying rounds. Meanwhile, Indonesian representatives will immediately compete in the first round which will start at 16.00 local time or 13.00 WIB.
Indonesia featured 19 representatives in all sectors. The details are three men’s singles, three women’s singles, six men’s doubles, two women’s doubles and five mixed doubles.
On the first day of the 2023 Australian Open, six Indonesian representatives will appear. Those who competed were in four pairs of men’s doubles and two pairs of women’s doubles.
World number one men’s doubles, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto will face New Zealand’s Ryan Tong/Jack Wang. The match will be served in fourth on Court 1.
Then on Court 2, there was the men’s doubles pair Sabar Karyaman Gutama/Mohammad Reza Pahlevi who challenged Japanese representatives Akira Koga/Taichi Sato in the third match.
Then on the same field, continued the meeting between Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti against Lee Yu Lim/Shin Seung Chan from South Korea.
Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan against the Canadian pair Kevin Lee/Ty Alexander Lindeman will take place on Court 4. This match has a second turn.
Meanwhile, on Court 4, there will be a women’s doubles match between Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma/Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi against India’s Tanisha Crasto/Ashwini Ponnapa.
Then continued the Indonesian men’s doubles Leo Rolly Carnando / Daniel Marthin to face Rizky Hidayat / Frengky Wijaya Men who represented Australia.
This Super 500 level tournament provides a total prize pool of US$420 thousand or the equivalent of IDR 6.3 billion. Apart from that, there are also points towards the Olympics which is one of the reasons why Indonesian representatives will try their best to reach the highest podium.
