According to media reports, RB Leipzig is said to be interested in the 20-year-old Dutch national soccer player Xavi Simons. As “BILD” reports, the Saxon Bundesliga club should see a loan option.

Simons, who was trained in FC Barcelona’s youth department, switched from Paris Saint-Germain to PSV Eindhoven a year ago on a long-term contract. PSG made use of a buyback option this summer.

However, the midfielder’s playing time could be limited for the French champions. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Simons is convinced that RB Leipzig is the best option for him should he leave PSG.
