The closing day of the mountain bike world cup in Val di Sole crowns the most eagerly awaited champions, but in the cross country Martina Berta also medals, second place in the Elite Women race. The Italians are far away: the twins Daniele (CS Carabinieri) e Luca Braidot (Santa Cruz-Rockshox) have never been in the heat of the race finishing their efforts respectively in 12th and 13th place.
In the women’s competition, third seasonal success (out of four races) in the world cup and second victory in Val di Sole in the last 7 months: last December Puck Pieterse won the stage of the cyclo-cross world cup, on the snow of Vermiglio.
