Arab football continues to receive players from Europe. This Sunday Sevilla announced the sale of Karim Rekik to the Al Jariza Club of Saudi Arabia.
The Dutchman arrives after having played three seasons with the Andalusian side, with whom he won the 2023 UEFA Europa League.
Rekik, will reach Saudi football for an amount of 2.5 million euros until June 2026.

“I have always tried to give my best for this team, just as this has given me days that I will never forget, especially when we won the Europa League,” said the Dutchman in his farewell letter to Sevilla.
Karim Rekik is one of many footballers who were transferred to the Saudi Arabian league in this summer market. Karim Benzema, N’golo Kante, Jordan Henderson, Roberto Firmino and Riyad Mahrez are some of the names that will see action in the Middle Eastern league.
