The summer holidays are here, the 2022-2023 season has just ended at the Judo Club Souillagais. It ended with the usual internal competitions, the presentation of the long-awaited belts and the general assembly, in the presence of Jean-Louis Cambou, municipal councilor in charge of Sports.
During this assembly, the president Thierry Lonzieme appreciated the excellent atmosphere that reigns within the club, welcomed the progress in terms of licensees while congratulating them for the results obtained during the competitions. These results were acclaimed by the Departmental Committee since four competitors were selected to participate in the youngest departmental finals: Berber De Boer and Sélyna Delmarre and, in mini-chicks, Lyloo and Maely Bellet. During these finals, the club received from the hands of Patrice Sans, departmental president and Mickaël Delon, federal technical adviser, the trophy for the best “refereeing training” (number of young referees during training courses and competitions in proportion to the number of members of the club), the Judo Club climbing on the 2nd step of the podium for “sporting quality” (number of 1st places compared to the number of participants). The secretary, Sylvain Lajoinie and his assistant Nathalie Bailles, then summarized the past year in terms of competitions while naming the young graduates faithful to all the appointments. Then it was the turn of Carine Mézières-Ponthier and her assistant Sébastien Bulté, to detail the financial results for the year.
Appointment has already been made for the Sports and Associations Festival on September 10 at the Souillac playground, a day during which all the information will be provided.
At the end of the meeting, before the friendship drink, the board of directors and the office were elected, the office remaining unchanged.
