Joel Graterol, a Venezuelan goalkeeper who was in América de Cali from 2020 to 2022 and where he managed to become a great figure, ended up playing European soccer, being
Panaitolikos from Greece which gave him the chance to play for one season.

However, his stay at Panaitolikos will apparently come to an end, as the Greek club would be thinking of canceling his contract to free up a place in their squad.

The information was released by the journalist César Luis Merlo, who assured that “the club made the decision not to take it into account and the intention is for him to leave.”

For now, Panaitolikos has not made Graterol’s departure from the team official, but more details are expected to be known in the coming days about the future of the international with the Venezuelan National Team.

During his stay at Panaitolikos, Graterol did not have the best continuity and played just five games in the Greek League.
