And who, thanks to some side jobs, has accumulated a super fortune that is estimated at more than 320 million euros. Having a lot of money is the most powerful superpower in Formula 1.
So maybe Hollywood mime Ryan Reynolds is the super investor who can help the Alpine racing team to realize its ambitious project. Reynolds and his firm, Maximum Effort, bought shares in the team this week, along with other US investors. For 200 million euros there was 24 percent of the team, which remains majority owned by Renault.
