How the Saturday Sprint works: Shootout qualifying

Via the second free practice session, a qualifying session on Saturday morning determines the starting order of the Sprint Race. A shorter qualification than the classification, but still divided into:
Q1: 12 minutes
Q2: 10 minutes
Q3: 8 minutes

In the Sprint Shootout they are the following new tires are mandatory: Q1 Average, Q2 Average. New for Q3 of the Sprint Shootout: there is no longer any obligation to use the new soft.

The score of the Sprint Race: 100 Km

After qualifying it will be the turn of the 100km race. The tire allocation remains the same, as does the scoring system which gives points to the top eight finishers:

1st – 8 points 2nd – 7 points 3rd – 6 points 4th – 5 points 5th – 4 points 6th – 3 points 7th – 2 points 8th – 1 point
