George Hernández, curator and film critic, pointed out that Macabro, in alliance with Cindie, will place on the platform “the best content of independent, impressive and interesting films with different narratives created not only in Mexico, but also in Latin America and Europe.

“They are film stories with which the viewer is forced to pay attention in order to have a forward vision. We will not be on a platform with two thousand titles, but from the start they will have 18 quality films that if they have already seen them, they can remember them.

“The characters show what they want to show and hide what they hide. Although they really want to live and get out of where they are and change their situation. That’s why this peculiar encounter happens.”

Olmos and Alcántara agreed in commenting that the filmmaker deceived Antonio by telling him that it was a short film. However, when they began to see the script they had to tell him the truth, that it was a film with a peculiar shooting, given the low budget for the production.
