“You have the opportunity to build your team. I did it too, and now I’m going to share with you a few players who I think will be hot in the fall,” reports Zelenka.
As number one, he chooses an important key man of champion Sparta for his squad. “The main player and the clear captain for me is Ladislav Krejčí Jr. He already had a fantastic season last year, and this year I expect him to score goals from a midfielder position,” explains Zelenka, who scored 92 Premier League goals in his rich professional career for Brno, Slavia or Žižkov.
The start of the Fantasy League is approaching
Even though Krejčí starts mainly in the position of central midfielder or stopper, he scored a solid thirteen goals in the past season. In addition, he is the number one penalty taker in the team. Krejčí is valued at 9.5 million in Fantasy.
A goalkeeper is a very important part of any team. Zelenka is clear about this post. “I would highly recommend Ondřej Kolář from Slavia. He firmly grasped the number one position, he will catch regularly. I expect Slavia to dominate and concede few goals. Kolář will therefore earn your team a lot of points,” he advises.
The 33-year-old goalkeeper picked up a total of ten clean sheets last year, eventually pushing his way past Aleš Mandous to the number one position, and it can be expected that this will continue to be the case. The bike is available for 5.8 million.
Big names such as Jan Kuchta or Václav Jurečka are then offered to join the offensive. Of course, the probability of scoring points is high for them, but the coach will logically pay extra for them. Zelenka thus chooses a rather surprising solution, Rafia Durosinmi from Pilsen will take the place in his eleven.
“I have him as number one. So far, he doesn’t shine so much in the Czech league, he is cheaper and he fit into my lineup. I think the next season will be his,” estimates Zelenka. Durosinmi has a market value of 6.7 million.
