Beal was for several years one of the most lethal scorers in the competition, averaging 30.5 and 31.3 points per game in the 19-20 and 20-21 seasons respectively, but in the last two years he has seen something less aggressive and his averages have dropped remarkably. Could his move to Phoenix bring him back to the league’s elite? Surrounded by Durant and Booker it’s hard to imagine his numbers being Washington’s, but if his hunger returns to what it once was, he can turn Arizona into a very difficult attack to contain.
