FOLIGNO – The week of training in preparation for the under 20 Europeans during which the Azzurri played two friendly tests against the selection of Poland ended yesterday with a victory in front of a beautiful audience.
Saturday and Sunday we had the pleasure of watching the matches, beautiful and hard-fought, in which all the physicality and talent of the teams on the field were highlighted, which showed fans the high technical and tactical level achieved by modern basketball .
Blocks, dunks and above all the speed and speed of the players on the pitch who are able to move and play with great intensity, from the top of the many centimeters available: coach Alessandro Magro therefore had the opportunity for the finishing touches and for the last evaluations in prediction of the call-ups that will bring the 12 blues to Greece.
This first youth gathering therefore goes on file, waiting for the under 20 girls to arrive on 12 July: they were intense but very beautiful days for our city and for Umbrian basketball, for which the organizational machine worked to perfection. perfection.
