Eduard Spertsyan is on his way to Ajax, the Armenian sports journalist Samvel Sukiasyan assures. In a sports program van Freenews Armenia informs Sukiasyan that the switch is in its final stages.
Spertsyan has to come over from FK Krasnodar. He has been associated with Ajax for a long time and was also linked to PSV in January. Furthermore, the Russian reported Championship last month that AC Milan, Fiorentina and ‘a number of German teams’ also like the arrival of the attacking midfielder.
However, Ajax seems to be pulling the longest straw. The Armenian journalist Sukiasyan knows Spertsyan personally and has heard that it looks good. Sukiasyan is well known in the Armenian football world: he has his own YouTube account (Corner Football Armenia) on which he interviews many players of the national team.
The Twitter account HAVAQAKANwhich writes about Armenian football in Dutch, contacted Sukiasyan after the statements and has received confirmation from him that the transfer is ‘almost complete’: there are only ‘a few small things that need to be arranged’.
The sports journalist seems very confident about a transfer from Spertsyan.
