Akira Kurosawa Film Festival to be Held at UC Extension Center

Throughout the month of August, productions by the Japanese filmmaker will be screened at the UC Extension Center and there will be three performances at the East Extension Center.

From August 1 to September 1, the UC Cultural Extension Department scheduled a cycle entirely dedicated to Akira Kurosawa at the UC Cinema, which is located in the UC Extension Center (Alameda 390), with performances at 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. :30 hours and a total of 24 films by the Japanese filmmaker, made between the 1940s and the present.

There will also be three days of parallel exhibitions in the Auditorium of the Eastern Extension Center (Jaime Guzmán 3,300), from August 23 to 25, at 6:30 p.m. All functions are free.
