WTA Bad Homburg 2023: Sara Errani eliminated. Samsonova in the quarterfinals, eliminated Cornet and Andreescu

The second round matches have begun in the WTA tournament in Bad Homburg, which also sees the world number one Iga Swiatek present, who will take the field tomorrow against the Swiss Jil Teichmann. There is already a quarter-final outlined and that’s what Emma Navarro and Rebeka Masarova will face. The American defeated the French Alize Cornet after two hard-fought sets 7-5 7-6, while the Spanish certainly achieved the surprise of the day, dominating against the Canadian Bianca Andreescu 6-3 6-2.
