“We can’t say anything”: general silence at FC Metz after the death of a young opponent in Germany

Number 6 of a lively and commercial little street, perpendicular to the most famous artery of the hypercentre of Metz (Moselle), is garnet. It is in this two-storey building, flocked in the colors of the Lorraine club, a few hundred meters from the town hall, that the young people of the FC Metz International Football Academy (MIFA) live, one of whom would have played a role in the fight that claimed the life of a young German football player on the sidelines of the Germany Cup semi-final between FC Metz and JFC Berlin in Frankfurt last Sunday.
