Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins Player, Under Investigation for Slapping Incident on Fishing Boat

Tyreek Hillrecipient of Miami Dolphinsis being investigated by the Florida police for an incident in which the player is accused of NFL of slapping a man during an altercation on a fishing boat on Sunday June 18.

According to information obtained by TMZ Sports, the incident involving Hill occurred around 6:45 p.m. at the Miami marina after the receiver and some friends will try to board a fishing boat of the Halouer Marina company without the permission of the owners.

The police report states that after the ship’s employees found Tyreek Hill and their companions inside the boat tried to throw them out, but a verbal argument broke out where the receiver reached out and slapped to one of the employees with whom he was arguing “in the neck with an open hand”, while other men tried to separate them.

Hill and his companions had previously inquired about the rental of the boat earlier that day moments before the incident, but they did not go through with the rental transaction due to the high cost that it represented, so they returned later to try to steal it.

Drew Rosenhaus, Hill’s agent, had previously posted video of him swimming with sharks earlier that day. In the description of the video she mentioned that she had been fishing together with the player from the Dolphins.

So far no arrests have been made by the Miami police for the hit, nor have any charges been filed against him. For their part, the Dolphins indicated through a statement on Tuesday that they were aware of the situation and that they have already contacted Tyreek Hill, his representative and the NFL, but did not specify if there will be any type of sanction.

Tyreek Hill has a history of violence

This is not the first time Tyreek Hill has been involved in a violent incident. Already in 2014, before coming to the NFL, he had been separated from the Oklahoma State Sooners for engaging in domestic violence against his fiancée Crystal Espinal that ended his college career in West Alabama.

In 2019, it was reported that Hill had been investigated for alleged abuse of his then three-year-old son. At that time, the Kansas City Chiefs prevented him from being part of training while he was investigated.

Tyreek Hill has been named to the Pro Bowl seven times and has accumulated 8,340 yards, 63 touchdowns and 598 catches of the 878 thrown his way in his seven NFL seasons.
