The FFF and Florence Hardouin close to an agreement

It’s only a matter of days. Negotiations between the French Football Federation (FFF) and Florence Hardouin, its former director general dismissed, are close to reaching an amicable agreement.

Laid off on January 11 and then dismissed on February 28 initially for “serious misconduct”, the federal leader had finally seen this reason abandoned by the FFF. Despite this, Florence Hardouin challenged before the Paris Labor Court in March her dismissal in order to obtain her “nullity”.

Despite these legal proceedings, discussions have always continued between the two parties, the FFF wishing to find a negotiated solution to this conflict with a former employee. We are almost there even if, according to an expert on the exchanges, there are still some details to be finalized during the summer.

An agreement that should be more than one million euros

A financial agreement is about to be concluded in order to put an end to the procedure. The amount of the check that the “3F” will pay to its ex-CEO should be more than one million euros. At the same time as these negotiations, Florence Hardouin, who for a time saw herself as a whistleblower after seizing the Defender of Rights, filed a complaint against Noël Le Graët, former president of the body, for “moral and sexual harassment” last April.

Contacted, the Federation did not respond to our requests, as for Florence Hardouin’s lawyers, they replied: “Everything is confidential. »
