The municipality benefits from the Terre de jeux label as part of the promotion of sport, its values and its commitment.
It will host the Sarthe caravan, this Saturday, an event initiated by the departmental council and the departmental Olympic and sports committee (CDOS). The caravan will park at the Fernand-Tavano gymnasium and its surroundings from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will offer a series of free sports activities open to the general public. It is a question of making discover a multitude of sporting and physical activities to the participants.
Qualified educators will take care of these workshops. Another goal is also to encourage dismissal in clubs, to federate the actors of the sports movement, to promote the values of Olympism and para-Olympism. On site, handball and wheelchair handball, table tennis, football, athletics, karate, French savate-boxing, judo, volleyball, badminton, laser shooting, escape game will be present. Hiking or cycling will be offered (don’t forget your helmet or your bike).
